Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Sadar (Chatra) P.S. Case No. 165/2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 945/2018, registered under Sections 467/ 468/ 471/ 461/ 420/ 409/ 406/120B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of the P. C. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-Cum-Spl. Judge, A.C.B., Hazaribag.
Bank account of this petitioner was used for transferring 22 lakhs from the account of District Welfare Office, Chatra. It appears that petitioner was given Rs one lakh in lieu of allowing the accused persons to use his bank account.
Mr A.K. Kahsyap learned Senior lawyer for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. one lakh subject to final decision of this case.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-Cum-Spl. Judge, A.C.B., Hazaribag in connection with Sadar (Chatra) P.S. Case No. 165/2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 945/2018 Subject to condition that petitioner will deposit bank draft of one lakh rupees in the name of District Welfare Officer Chatra the same shall be handed over to him after due verification and proper identification for needful.
