Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 119/2021, arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 199/2021, registered under Sections 302/ 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned P.D.J., Ramgarh.
On 10/07/2021 at about 09:30 a.m, informant came to know that that body of a male is lying near South Dobhagada forest.
During the course of investigation deceased was identified as Hasat Ram. Petitioner is wife of the deceased, it is alleged that she was having illicit relationship with one Vijay Yadav and their nefarious activities resulted in murder of the deceased.
It was submitted that apart from the confession of the accused persons and suspicion against the petitioner there is no other material against her on record.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned P.D.J., Ramgarh in connection with S.T. Case No. 119/2021, arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 199/2021.
