Heard the Parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Sector-IV P.S. Case No. 123/2021, corresponding to G.R. No. 39/2022, registered under Sections 420/ 467/ 468/ 471/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Bokaro.
It is alleged that unknown persons in-connivance with bank officials managed to procure 5 lakhs as loan in the name of the informant.
During the course of investigation it transpired that photograph of this petitioner was used instead of photograph of the informant for procuring loan.
It was submitted that Bank officials have been granted Anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court.
Learned Counsel for the State submitted that petitioner is involved in another case of similar nature.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, hence the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
Petitioner if so advised may renew his prayer for bail after five months.
