1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. 2. The applicant is young boy, aged about 19 years, is in custody since 12.11.2021, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No.122 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 379, 406 and 284 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears that the applicant has been made an accused of committing robbery of Maruti Car.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant claims innocence of the applicant and it has been submitted that the investigation is complete and the applicant undertakes to participate in the trial. It has further been submitted that one similar nature of case has been reported against this applicant, but he has already been enlarged on bail on that case. On the above facts, prayer for bail has been made.

5. On the other hand learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the age of the applicant and the fact that the investigation is complete, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Ranchi in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No.122 of 2021, on the condition that one of the bailors should be the father of the applicant and further, the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
