1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the State.
2. The applicants who are in custody since 01.09.2021 have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.555 of 2021 arising out of Tamar P.S. Case No.64 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No.3422 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It appears that paramour has been killed by the present appellants who are the husband and the wife.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that there are no other materials available on record save and except the confessional statement. Further, alleged recovery of ‘ dauli’ does not contain the blood-stain. The investigation is complete and they undertakes to participate in the trial. On the above basis, the prayer for bail has been made.
5. Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that the investigation is already complete, the applicants, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T. Case No.555 of 2021 arising out of Tamar P.S. Case No.64 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No.3422 of 2021, subject to condition that the applicants will submit self-attested photocopy of their Aadhaar Cards and also submit their mobile numbers before the learned court below which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
