1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P.

2. The applicants, who are in custody since 04.11.2020, have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Chakulia P.S. Case No.63 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No.04 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 461 & 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears that the applicants have been made accused for committing theft in a locked house.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants claims innocence of the applicants and it has been submitted that they undertake to participate in the trial.

5. On the other hand, learned AP.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and from perusal of record, it appears that the charge has been framed on 30.06.2022 but till date not a single witness has been examined.

Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicants on bail. Accordingly, the applicants are directed to be released on bail, on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ghatsila, in connection with Chakulia P.S. Case No.63 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No.04 of 2021, on the condition that the applicants will submit self-attested photocopy of their Aadhaar Card and also submit their mobile number before the learned court below which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
