This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicantGanesh Thakur @ Ganesh Kumar Thakur with prayer to release on bail in connection with Sector -12 P.S. Case No.35/2021 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bokaro.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. of this case was lodged by the informant against the applicant and his sister-in-law in regard to committing the dowry death of the daughter of the informant by the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that as per F.I.R. allegations, there is no specific allegation against the applicant and the co-accused in regard to alleged demand of dowry and the applicant himself informed to his mother-in-law in regard to committing suicide by his wife. The conduct of the applicant has been thoroughly natural and the applicant has never made demand of dowry and had never subjected cruelty to the deceased. The applicant has been languishing in jail since 20^th April, 2021.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the contentions made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the submissions made and material on record, the bail application of the applicant is hereby allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees
