Heard, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for the State.
This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants (1) Awadh Kishore Pandey and (2) Dhuruv Lahari with prayer to release on bail in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 640/2010 registered under Sections 380, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad.
Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the F.I.R. of this case was lodged against the eight named accused persons including the applicants in regard to dishonestly removing the refund vouchers from Income Tax Department, Bank More, Dhanbad and forging the same and using as a genuine.
Learned counsel for the applicants has further submitted that both the applicants are the Bank employee and as per allegations of the F.I.R., the informant had received the call from S.B.I. Bank More Branch, Dhanbad in regard to refund vouchers relating to Income Tax and on verification of the refund vouchers, it was detected that the same was forged and was not issued by the informant. The applicants appear to amongst accused persons to be involved in conspiring and also committing the alleged offence. It is also further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Uttam Kumar Mahato has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No.13576 /2021 vide order dated 15.12.2021. The applicant has been languishing in jail since 14th June 2021.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the contentions made by the learned counsel for the applicants.

In view of the submissions made and material on record, the bail application of the applicants are hereby allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
