2/ 22.07.2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents through Video Conferencing. The lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 11.00 a.m. They have no complain in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.

In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for release of his retiral benefits and other dues at the earliest as the petitioner is entitled for the same.

It is submitted that the petitioner has superannuated from JMADA on 31.05.2021, but till date his entire retiral benefits and other dues have not been disbursed. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed representations claiming payment of his dues, but, till date no action has been taken on his representation.

Mr. Santosh Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing for JMADA submits that the representation filed by the petitioner will be looked into and appropriate order will be passed and the retirement benefits and other dues will be disbursed to the petitioner as early as possible.

Considering the submission of the respondents, I am disposing of this writ petition, directing respondent No.2, the Managing Director, JMADA, Dhanbad, to consider the representation of the petitioner and disburse the entire retiral benefits and other dues to the petitioner as early as possible. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
