The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent no.2 to issue admit card to the petitioner for the intermediate examination-I.Com. which was going to start from 11th February, 2020 but the petitioner was not issued admit card for appearing in the said examination.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the concerned examination has already been held.
In view of said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
