05/10.02.2021 The present case is taken up through video conferencing.
Mr. Anup Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that there are several mistakes in the present writ petition and as such he is not in a position to rectify the same. He, accordingly, prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the present issue.
Mr. Ashish Kumar Thakur, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-III appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection to the same.
Permission is accorded.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
