The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

05/12.08.2021: In view of the counter affidavit, wherein the statement has been given that the Confiscation Case No.20 of 2021 has already been initiated for impugned vehicle by the Authorized Officer-cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Garhwa, South Forest Division, and hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision with a liberty to file an application before the concerned confiscating authority.
In view of above submission, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision No.73 of 2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
However, it is mandated that if the petitioner prefers an application for releasing of the alleged vehicle, the same should be considered on its own merit without being prejudice to the withdrawal order and appropriate order must be passed within four weeks from the date of filing of the application.
