The matter has been heard through video conferencing with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. They have no complaint about any audio or visual connectivity.

The instant contempt case has been filed against the order dated 11.01.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.181 of 2018.

Mr. Onkar Nath Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset has submitted that against the raised claim some of the amount has been disbursed but still some of the amount is lying with the opposite parties, therefore, he is not pressing the instant contempt case. However, he has sought for liberty to approach the appropriate forum for disbursement of the rest of the amount.

Mr. Sreenu Garpati, learned SC-III appearing for the opposite party-State is having no objection to such submission made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof and taking into consideration the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the contempt case is dismissed as not pressed, accordingly, stands disposed of.

However, it is left open upon the petitioner to ventilate its grievance with respect to the remaining amount, if any, before the appropriate forum/court of law.
