04/04.03.2021 The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.
The instant contempt application has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act against the opposite party no.2 for alleged willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 03.09.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.7111 of 2016.
This Court has perused the nature of order passed by the writ Court, whereby and whereunder, the writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum for redressal of his grievance.
Mr. K.K. Ojha, assisted by Mr. Sudhakar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the instant contempt case.
Such submission has been made in presence of Mr. Sharay Mishra, learned AC to GA-II appearing for the opposite parties.
In view of such submission having been made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn.
