The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

08/12.03.2021: The present contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 25.10.2018 passed by this Court in S.A. No.133 of 2015, whereby the opposite parties were given liberty to retain the tenanted premises till 30th April, 2019 subject to payment of rent of Rs.500/- per month and they were also directed to give vacant possession of the rented premises in proper condition on or before 30th April, 2019.
Notices were issued in the present contempt petition. In spite of valid service of notice nobody has appeared except opposite party no.8.
Vide order dated 13.12.2019 a report has been called for from the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad regarding the vacation of the house. In this regard, a show cause has been filed on 17.02.2021 in which a report dated 29.01.2021 has been filed stating therein that although the formal possession of the house has not been given to the present petitioner but the house is vacant and open.
In view of above facts, the present contempt petition is, hereby, dropped giving liberty to the petitioner to take over the possession of the disputed premises.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition being Cont. Case (Civil) No.533 of 2019 stands disposed off.
