The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.
06/05.03.2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It has been submitted that in compliance of the order dated 16.01.2019 passed in W. P. (S) No. 2398 of 2010, a show cause has been filed bringing on record a reasoned order dated 18.02.2021 whereby the petitioners have been made a member of old pension scheme.
In view of the above fact, the present contempt petition is disposed of and proceedings are dropped. However, liberty is reserved with the petitioners to raise their grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
