Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajneesh Vardhan, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Harla P.S. Case No. 171 of 2020.
The marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner on 15.11.2017. It has been alleged that there was a demand of a scooty, gold ring and cash of Rs. 50,000/- and on non-fulfillment of which she was subjected to torture. It has further been alleged that on 03.12.2020, the informant came to know that his daughter had fallen ill and when he went to the matrimonial house of his daughter, he found that his daughter is admitted to the hospital where in course of treatment, she died on 05.12.2020.
It appears that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased.
In course of investigation, the evidence of the witnesses disclosed that on the date of occurrence there was a domestic quarrel between the petitioner and the deceased which resulted in the deceased locking her inside the room and consuming poison. Subsequently, she was taken to the Bokaro General Hospital where in course of treatment, she died.
The post mortem report reveals the cause of death as cardio respiratory failure on account of unknown poisoning.

The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
