The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/04.01.2021 The petitioner is accused in connection with Mandu (W.B.) P. S. Case No.182 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.48 of 2020 and S.T. No.16/2020 registered under Sections 498(A), 307, 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2019. Although allegation has been made against five persons but charge sheet has been framed only against this petitioner as he is husband of the informant. It has been further submitted that they have been blessed with two sons out of the wedlock and the petitioner is innocent and due to quarrel between the parties, she set herself on fire by pouring kerosene oil.

Learned A.P.P. while opposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner has refer the medical report and submitted that the petitioner does not deserves to be enlarged on bail.

Considering the period of custody i.e. 11.10.2019 and the fact that there were quarrel between the parties and police has filed final form against four other co-accused persons, who have been also named in the F.I.R., the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (W.B.) P. S. Case No.182 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No.48 of 2020 and S.T. No.16/2020 subject to the condition that petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during the pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
