04/04.12.2020 : Counsel for the State has submitted that the defect as pointed out by the office has been removed by deposing the court fees on 03.12.2020.
Order dated 17.10.2020 reads as under:-
“This review petition has been filed on 14.02.2020. Till date defects have not been removed as well as time has also not been prayed for.
Connected contempt petition is pending since 22.06.2019 and the order under compliance is of dated 07.02.2019.
Considering the above facts, further two weeks’ time is granted as a last chance for removal of the surviving defects, failing which this review petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
Put up both the cases on 06.11.2020.”
Counsel for the State has also submitted that the State has tended to file withdrawal petition for withdrawing the present review petition with a liberty to file an appeal which is a proper proceeding.
Be as it may, since the present review petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order, there is no need to pass any further order. Accordingly, the present Civil Review being Civil Review No.23 of 2020 stands dismissed.
