The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/15.03.2021: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No.31 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No.170 of 2014, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and under section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and under Section 13 of the U.A.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2021. The charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Further, the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. On the basis of above fact, prayer for bail has been made.

Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that the petitioner is a member of banned organization and further he has also criminal antecedents.

Considering the material available on record and the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Bermo at Tenughat, Bokaro in connection with Nawadih P.S. Case No.31 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No.170 of 2014, subject to the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailer should be the father of the petitioner. (b) The petitioner will appear before the concerned police

station once in a month (c) The petitioner will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
