The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

05/15.03.2021: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No.209 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.98 of 2020, registered under Sections 356, 382 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019 and the investigation is complete. The petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial. So far as criminal antecedent is concerned, seven criminal antecedents have been reported and out of seven, the petitioner has been enlarged on bail in three cases. On the basis of above facts, the prayer for bail has been made.

On the other hand, counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is involved in the seven such crime, and as such, he does not deserve bail.

Considering the material available on record, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro in connection with with B.S. City P.S. Case No.209 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.98 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailer should be the mother of the petitioner. (b) The petitioner will appear before the concerned police station once in a month (c) The petitioner will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court

below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
