Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Masalia P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 (G.R. No. 641 of 2021).
The petitioner by impersonating himself as a CBI officer had duped the informant of an amount of Rs. 60,000/- on the pretext of providing him with a Group-D job in Railways.
The petitioner appears to be in custody since 02.06.2021.
Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Dumka in connection with Masalia P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 (G.R. No. 641 of 2021).
