05/22.01.2020 At the very outset learned GP-I brings notice of this Court towards paragraph8 of the supplementary counter affidavit and submits that in view of order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 7568 of 2013, proceeding has already been initiated and petitioner has already filed reply to the show-cause. The said proceeding is likely to be concluded and final order may be passed very soon.
In view of development in the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Let the proceedings be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
