04/ 22.01.2020 The petitioner has approached this Court for direction upon the respondents to grant her benefits of second and third M.A.C.P. for which she was entitled since 01.08.2008 (Second M.A.C.P.) and 18.06.2015 (third MACP), which has already been granted to similarly situated persons, who are juniors to petitioner working along with her and also for quashing of order contained in memo No.2979 dated 11.06.2010, passed by the Secretary to Government of Jharkhand whereby claim of the petitioner for payment of arrears of salary has been rejected, which was directed to be considered by the Department in terms of order dated 22.02.2010, passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.3215/2004 and upon quashing of Memo No. 2979 dated

11.06.2010, the petitioner further prays for payment of arrears of salary which has been illegally deducted since October, 2003 till July, 2004 from the salary payable to the petitioner.
