(i).For quashing of the order contained in the letter no. 560 dated 14.08.2012 (Annexure-2) issued under the signature of respondent no.5 whereby the services of the petitioner as Accountant cum Computer operator in Kasturba Gandhi Girls Residential School, Jainagar, Koderma has been cancelled in utter violation of Principal of Natural Justice on a wrong fact that petitioner remains absent, although this ground factually wrong which is evident from the representation made by the petitioner for leave which have duly been accepted by School authorities and therefore, it falsify the ground of removal of petitioner.
(ii) For direction respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner for the period of May 2012 to July, 2012 which has been withheld by respondent authorities without any rhyme and reason.
