2. Nobody appears for the petitioner.

Mr. Arpan Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has died way back in the year 2015 (21.4.2015) and till date no substitution petition has been filed by the legal heirs of the original petitioner. In this view of the matter, the instant application may be dismissed as abated.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the instant application abates as against the petitioner.
5. However, liberty is being given to the legal heirs of the original-petitioner to raise any subsisting grievance, if so advised, before the concerned respondent within a period of four months from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant application is disposed of.
7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the postal address of the petitioner.
