This case is taken up through audio/video conferencing.
The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 22nd August, 2016 passed by the District Judge-IV, Chaibasa in Eviction Appeal No.10 of 2007, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been rejected.
Mr. Vibhor Mayank, learned counsel for the respondent submits that as per his instruction Eviction Appeal No.10 of 2007 has already been disposed of by the learned appellate court vide judgment dated 13th September, 2019.
In view of the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the matter.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
