Commissioner, Dumka vide letter No.9/stha dated 04.01.2010 had made it very clear that as per the existing vacancies and roster clearance the total no. of vacant posts of Class-IV was nine, out which the appointment on sanctioned strength for the post of peon (Class-IV) is only eight and one post in SC quota was under process for compassionate appointment and hence eight posts were altogether available in Advance Planning Soil Investigation Division, Dumka Road Construction Department and Road Division, Dumka; all of which were under ST category quota. There was no post/seat available for the General candidate to be filled as per roster.
