In spite of proper service of notice upon the respondent Nos.2 to 5 nobody is appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5.
The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for setting aside the order dated 27.01.2015 of the Permanent Lok Adalat, Bokaro passed in P.L. Case No.15/2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the permanent Lok Adalat has failed to exercise jurisdiction under the Legal Services Authority Act, particularly section 22 (c) of the Act.
Learned counsel for the respondent-BPCL submits that the BPCL appeared before the permanent Lok Adalat and as the dispute was not in nature to be settled in the permanent Lok Adalat, the permanent Lok Adalat dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner with liberty to the applicant to
seek legal remedy in the Court of competent jurisdiction. This court also finds that there is no illegality in the impugned order dated 27.01.2015 and there is already observation of the permanent Lok Adalat to avail the alternative remedy in the Court of competent jurisdiction. The petitioner if so advised, may avail the same.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
