The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.128 of 2019 arising out of Manjhari P.S. Case No.05 of 2019 registered under Section 498A and 376 (2) (F) of the IPC and under Section 3 and 4 of the Prevention of witch (Daain) Practices Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier bail application has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2019 passed in B.A. No.4142 of 2019. It has been submitted that the allegation is made by the victim against her husband and his elder brother. Her husband has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 22.04.2019 passed in B.A. No.3430 of 2019. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.01.2019.

Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge West Singhbhum at Chaibasa, subject to condition that petitioner will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhar Card and also submit

his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during the pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
