The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Daltanganj Town P.S. Case No.290 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No.1865 of 2018 (S.T. No.304 of 2019) registered under Sections 399, 402 and 120(B) of the IPC and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier bail application has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2019 passed in B.A. No.4110 of 2019. It has also been submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confession of the co-accused and further the petitioner was in custody on the date of occurrence i.e. 19.08.2018 in connection with another case. In the present case, he has been remanded on 07.12.2018.

Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

A report has been called for from the court below and it has been reported that none of the witnesses has been examined till date. The investigation has been completed and charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2018.

Considering the above facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Palamu in connection with Daltanganj Town P.S. Case No.290 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No.1865 of 2018 (S.T. No.304 of 2019), subject to condition that petitioner will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during the pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
