Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rail Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 136 of 2011 corresponding to G. R. No. 253 of 2011, S. T. Case No. 394 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the informant was given intoxicated tea and biscuits by his co-passenger. He had fallen asleep and when he woke up, he had found that his laptop and mobile were missing. The petitioner’s involvement seems to have come through the Call Dump Report. The petitioner has been implicated only on suspicion and he is in custody since 20.10.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. – XVI, Dhanbad, in connection with Rail Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 136 of 2011 corresponding to G. R. No. 253 of 2011, S. T. Case No. 394 of 2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial .
