Mr. Deepankar, learned A.C. to A.G. submits that he has received instructions from the State that without wasting any time the investigation will be concluded and the report will be submitted before the court below.
Considering his submission, I am disposing of this criminal writ application with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the trial at the earliest and file a report to the court concerned.
With the aforesaid observations and direction, this criminal writ application stands disposed of.
