03/09.10.2020: Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 4.2.2019, W.P.(S) No. 6533 of 2017 has been dismissed. He further submits that due to inadvertence, he could not remove the defect within the peremptory time. He also submits that no sooner W.P.(S) No. 6533 of 2017 is restored, the defect will be removed.
Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition stands allowed. Consequently, W.P.(S) No. 6533 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
The defect as pointed out by the office should be removed within four
weeks.
