Final report was submitted in this case on 31.8.2000.
In this case, the father of the petitioner went traceless in the year 1990. Since the final report was submitted as “FRT” as no clue has been found for the offence under Section 364 IPC, I direct the petitioner to go through the final report and if he has any grievance, he may approach the court below by filing appropriate application.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of .
