04 /18.01.2020 This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.06.2019 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Spl. Judge, C.B.I., Ranchi in R.C. Case No. 08(A)/2011-R whereby and whereunder their petition dated 07.05.2019 with a prayer for calling the documents including the agreement between Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd and the Transporters has been rejected.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous with efflux of time and the petitioners have been convicted. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, does not want to press the present petition.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite party- C.B.I. has no objection to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. Considering the submissions made, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as not pressed.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is also dismissed as not pressed.
