1. Heard Mr. Nikhil Kumar Mehta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
2. This petition has been filed for the following reliefs: - “The impugned order dated 21.06.2019 passed by the learned ShriA.K.Mishra Special Judge, CBI Cases, Ranchi in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 629/2019, arising from R.C. 02(A)/2018-R (whereby the petitioner’s application under section 205 Cr. P.C. has been rejected), be set aside and quashed, appropriate orders may kindly be passed for dispensing with personal appearance of the petitioner U/s 205 Cr. P.C. in the aforesaid case bearing R.c. 02 (A)/2018-R pending in the court of the learned Shri A K Mishra Special Judge, CBI Cases, Ranchi.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. He submits that withdrawal of this petition will not prejudice the case of the petitioner in any manner before the learned court below.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-C.B.I. has no objection to the prayer made for withdrawal of this petition.

5. Accordingly, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
6. It is further observed that dismissal of this petition will not prejudice the case of either parties in any manner before the learned court below.
7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
