Learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 25.07.2016 passed in the writ petition, opposite party has passed a reasoned order bearing no. 09/Go dated 05.08.2020 (Annexure-A). Against the claim of Rs. 33,54,109/-, department has found that a sum of Rs. 19,96,097/- only is admissible to the petitioner. It is further submitted that due to restrictions from the Department of Planning cum Finance, Government of Jharkhand, no bills could be withdrawn by the concerned Treasury due to Covid-19 lockdown till further orders. As soon as restriction is eased, payment will be made as per the reasoned order dated 05.08.2020. Therefore, contempt proceedings may be dropped.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reasoned order suffers from error as the entire admissible dues payable to the petitioner has not been accepted without any valid reasons. He seeks liberty to approach the appropriate Forum / Court if the petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order.

Having regard to the show-cause filed and reasoned order passed by the opposite party concerned, instant contempt petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Forum / Court in case he is aggrieved by the reasoned order.
