07/24.01.2020 Mr. Anoop Kumar Mehta, learned counsel appearing for BCCL submits that order of this Court has already been complied in true letter and spirit, which is evident from Annexure-B to the supplementary show-cause.
In view of fair submission of counsel for the opposite parties, this Contempt proceeding is dropped. However, if petitioner is aggrieved, he may challenge the same as and when cause of action arises.
This Contempt Application is accordingly disposed of.
