Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits the Director, Primary Education has passed an order dated 19.08.2019 in compliance of the direction issued by this Court on 14.12.2017 in W.P.(S) No. 502 of 2016 and other analogous cases.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Amit Kr. Tiwari, that though the order has been passed on 19.08.2019 in compliance of the order of this Court, but the same is not tenable on the ground that it has been passed by Director, Primary Education not by the Establishment Committee of the respective District and thus for itself the order is not tenable in the eyes of law and as such direction be issued to recall the order and pass order afresh taking into consideration the observations and directions issued by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2017.

It appears that the Director, Primary Education has passed the order dated 19.08.2019 in view of the direction issued by this Court on 14.12.2017 in W.P.(S) No. 502 of 2016 and other analogous cases to pass a reasoned order within a period of 12 weeks. Therefore, the order of this court is complied with. 5. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved with the order dated 19.08.2019 they are at liberty to challenge the order afresh. 6. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the opposite parties, no case for contempt is made out as the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.

Resultantly, instant contempt applications stands disposed of.
