The record is put up today as the report is received from the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Giridih wherein, the learned Judge prayed for six months extension of time for concluding the trial and so far, he has already examined six witnesses.
In view of the said report, four months extension is allowed to the learned Judge from the date of receipt of copy of this order to conclude the trial.
