Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bishnupura P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020.
The petitioner as well as the other miscreants were apprehended by the police and from the possession of the petitioner a loaded pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2020.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa, in connection with Bishnupura P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020.
