The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020.
The petitioner was alleged to be involved in slaughtering of bovine animals and selling their flesh. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2020.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 43 of 2020.
