Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party.
The petitioners are accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No. 23 of 2020.
Both the petitioners were apprehended by the police and mobile and SIMS were recovered from their possession. They are suspected to be involved in cybercrime.
It has been stated by the learned Spl. P.P. that both the petitioners have got criminal antecedents.
In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The same is, hereby, rejected at this stage.
