The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020.

The house of the petitioner was searched and Mobiles, ATM Cards, Passbooks etc. were alleged to have been recovered. The petitioner was suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Although the petitioner was said to be involved in Karon P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 but the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not been chargesheeted in the said case. Petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2020.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 29 of 2020, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner.
