The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. No. 75 of 2019 arising out of Sadar Town P.S. Case No. 267 of 2012, G.R. No. 1131 of 2012.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 8904 of 2018 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year.

The allegation reveals that petitioner was apprehended by the police from the house of one Shanti Bhushan Prasad on a raid conducted and one country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered.

The petitioner appears to be in custody since 14.05.2018. Although petitioner has got several antecedents but it appears that in eight cases, he has been acquitted.

On consideration of the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T. No. 75 of 2019 arising out of Sadar Town P.S. Case No. 267 of 2012, G.R. No. 1131 of 2012.
