The petitioner is an accused in connection with T. Tangar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019.
Petitioner and another person were apprehended from a vehicle and on search of the vehicle, 175.5 kg ganja was recovered.
Regard being had to the huge quantity of ganja which was recovered from the possession of petitioner and another accused person, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence his prayer for bail is accordingly rejected at this stage.
