Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing for the State.
So far as the defect No. 4 is concerned, learned senior counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same once the situation normalizes. As regards the rest defects are concerned, the same are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner and one Wasim Akram had tried to transfer money from the account number of 14th Finance Commission by forging the signature of Panchayat Secretary and Mukhiya.
It appears that no monetary loss has been caused and the petitioner appears to be in custody since 31.12.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019.
