The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case

No. 11 of 2019.

It appears from the allegations that there was some dispute and disturbance with respect to worship conducted in a Shiv temple and Bhairav temple and it was resolved that only the priest appointed by the villagers can perform Pooja. Despite such resolution, the accused persons variously armed forcibly entered into the premises of the temple and outraged the religious feelings of the villagers.

One of the co-accused-Rudra Pratap Singh, who was also a member of unlawful assembly, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 577 of 2020. The allegations appear to be general and omnibus in nature and the case of the petitioner can be equated with Rudra Pratap Singh, who has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Regard being had to the above, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, and in that event, they will be enlarged on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st class at Ghatshila in connection with Complaint Case No. 11 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
