The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.
10 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 337 of 2019.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B. A. No. 4323 of 2019.
It appears that stolen Bolero car was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 337 of 2019.
